I’ve had a good experience with Rabbit Room overall. A lot of the books and items have a really thoughtful feel to them, and I do like browsing the site when I’m looking for something a little special.

That said, I sometimes hesitate before checking out because the prices can feel a bit high, especially once shipping is added. The quality has been good in my experience, but I do find myself wondering if I’m making the right call or if I should wait and think it over.

So I wouldn’t say anything bad about them at all. I’d just personally treat it more like a place to buy from occasionally, when something really stands out and I feel reassured it’s worth the total cost.

Support was friendly overall, and from their tone I got the feeling they really did want to help. It just took a little longer than I expected to get things sorted out.

Rabbit Room feels more like a small community than just another place trying to sell me stuff. The emails and stories actually sound like real people are behind them, which I appreciate. I think my order took a little longer than expected once, or maybe I’m mixing that up with another order from around the same time, but either way it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I trust the brand and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I’ve actually found a few really solid gems through their curation, so I’ll give them credit for that. Sometimes it does feel like they’re nudging certain picks a little too hard, like there’s some reason they want you to notice those more, but overall the selection is good.

I joined thinking it might be a nice place to chat and meet people, but it kind of felt cliquey to me. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but a couple of my questions were ignored, and some replies came off a bit rude. I ended up leaving quickly.

My order arrived in this thin mailer with hardly any protection... and yeah, the damage showed. The corners were bent, and one of the items had a crease right across it. For what I paid, I really expected better packaging. Maybe the product was fine before it shipped, but the way it was packed just wasn’t good enough.

I used The Rabbit Room to browse around and it works fine overall, but I had to click through a few places before I found what I was looking for. A couple pages were kinda slow to load for me too. Not a bad site or anything, just feels like it could be a little smoother and easier to use.

I went to one of their events and left frustrated. Check-in took way too long, the seating situation was confusing, and the whole thing felt unorganized from the start. The staff were polite, but it seemed like no one really had clear answers about what was going on. For what they charge, I expected a much smoother experience. Just a heads up to anyone considering it — I’d be careful before spending the money. I probably won’t be going again.

I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous ordering from Rabbit Room because I always worry I’m going to get fooled by nice photos online and then end up with cheap-looking stuff. But what I received actually felt really nice and well made. One item did have a tiny mark on it, which was a bit disappointing, but it wasn’t anything major. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and I’d probably buy from them again.

I opened the box and it had totally different stuff than what I ordered. Frustrating, especially since there wasn’t any quick way to get it fixed. Definitley annoying
